Komparasi Analisis Media Siber pada Platform Donasi Digital: Biruberbagi.id, Campaign.com, dan Ayobantu.com

Abstract

Dalam era digital, media siber telah mengubah cara masyarakat berkontribusi terhadap isu-isu sosial. Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana tiga platform donasi online, yaitu Biruberbagi.id, Campaign.com, dan Ayobantu.com, berkontribusi dalam memperkuat budaya donasi di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan ketiga platform tersebut berdasarkan empat aspek utama: ruang media, dokumen media, objek media, dan pengalaman pengguna. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis konten dan etnografi digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Biruberbagi.id mengintegrasikan penjualan produk dengan donasi, Campaign.com menggunakan gamifikasi untuk mendorong partisipasi tanpa uang tunai, sementara Ayobantu.com menekankan transparansi dan fleksibilitas metode pembayaran. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga platform ini memiliki pendekatan unik yang dapat dioptimalkan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi dan dampak sosial di Indonesia. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan strategis bagi pengembangan platform donasi online untuk memperkuat budaya donasi di masa mendatang.
